So I forgot to do this the other day so I'm just gonna do it now. Class was very interesting, because I am very amused by all the different conspiracies out there. My personal favorite is the one dealing with Marilyn Monroe, and how here suicide was actually a murder. I put the murder on JFK wife considering she was having a affair with JFK. Also, her killing herself makes no sense. She was at the prime of career, and had plans for the future. Which, lead to everyone loving her, except the Kennedy family. Considering, this made JFK look bad, and he was representing the country. All in all, I found that her suicide was a murder, because of JFK's wife.

I am literally so excited for Halloween to be here. I have had all my Halloween costumes ready for like the last week. I do not have a Friday class so I plan on going out and socializing Thursday, Friday, Saturday, which leaves me Sunday to be responsible and get homework done. I plan on being a house wife one night, a lumberjack the next, and a bunny the last night. I am a little sad I have a lot going on this week with exams and clubs so I can not really get to excited for Halloween till Friday or I may start slacking off. All in all, I am excited for Halloween, but I need to stay focused on my studies till the night of.

Yes, I am a fan of Shakespeare’s work, however this one was not my favorite. Honestly I was really excited for this production all week, but I got in there and I got the vibe. The vibe that was like no this is not going to be your thing. Anyways, I sat through it and managed to survive. I mean I knew what was going on the whole time, I understood the old English language but it just not my thing. I mean I hate to be a critic but I feel like the reason I didn’t like it was more the director’s fault, not to sound rude. I remember him saying that if Disney did a movie on one of Shakespeare’s productions it would be this one, because the characters are bold, and colorful. However, in my eyes they weren't what he said they would be. Back to the color aspect, or in this case the colors Britain and Rome had to wear. For instance, Rome wore red, which in my eyes I see as a color of power, but they lost the war in the final scene. Also, Britain had to wear black, which for me is a sign of evil, and evil never wins, except here. Although I hate be a critic I am, so to drown out the negatives I’ll put some positives. I think it was a good idea to have a basic and plain set, because the plays plot was to intense and takes place in several settings it would be hard to set an advance set for each scene. Also, I like how there were very little actors and actress. They were simply acting as several characters, which is good because of the same reason as the plain setting. All in all, the play was not my style, but not because of Shakespeare. However, the director did to some things right in my eyes.

I finally attempted to do one of the revising one of my papers, and honestly it really was not that bad. I did the narrative that gave the advice. The way I revised it was I took out all the examples that weren't that dealed with me or what I have gone through. Also, I changed it so that it was directed towards someone I know. These two made my paper longer, like almost four hundred words longer. I find it almost comical, considering the first draft I did I totally B.S. it. Honestly, I could not get to seven hundred and fifty words to save my life. So I wish I would have known to direct it towards someone to make it easier on myself.

Personally the meeting today on the revising process, and what that really means, and how e can use it to make are papers better was really helpful. I am not going to lie I was super nervous when it came to redoing my papers, because I thought they were OK as they were. Also, redoing the whole paper just really scared me. However, now I am not so nervous to redo them. I think it was more the fact that I really did not know how to revise them, but now it is all good and I am confident my papers will be better the next time I hand them in.

So I'm pretty sure I missed posting a blog over the last few days so I thought if I do a random post it will be fine. So I found out the best feeling ever is when you get out of a yes and you know you killed it. This just happened with my psychology class, and and I'm pretty freaking excited! It makes me feeling better that I worked hard for this one too. For instance, I have been in the library till 2AM the last few nights. So now I'm excited to get a good night sleep as a reward.

I decided to go home this weekend for my sweaters considering how cold its been lately. Well picking my sweaters soon turned into bring more clothes than I needed, stocking up on food for the winter, and bringing stuff to decorate the room. No joke, the closet and dresser are stuffed. We literally could not shut are fridge, because there was so much in there. Also, the room now has two tapestry's and Christmas lights. All in all, it was nice going home to decorate my new home.

Life is pretty frustrating right now. For instance, my computer is messed, I have no time to sleep, my account for Western has been put on hold because I didn't see a adviser, but I can't figure that out. So all in all, life is a big mess. This is why no one should blog when angry, because it just sounds like you have a complainer on your hands. Honestly, though at this point I don't even care.

A quick summary being we talked about how to find themes in songs. Now we know how to do the new assignment, and I will be completely honest I know this one is going to be rough for me. Considering when we depicted the songs in class I literally could not figure out any of them I just kept thinking to myself, "Who ever wrote this song was obviously high when they wrote this," and i did write that a couple of times on my paper.  For instance, Fancy By Iggy and Royal by Lorde i found no meaning at all it was just words and a catchy beat when I hear it. All in all, this is going to be a interesting assignment.
